Shipping Policy

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED 5-15 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. If you are getting a unit customized it can take longer due to units being customized in the order which is placed.
Please allow up to 2 days for The Infinity Hair Boutique to process and approve your order for shipping.

Wig orders come with $100 insurance, we encourage you to add additional insurance in the event your package is mishandled with USPS. You can leave your insurance request in your check out box and we will contact you before we ship your item with the insurance pricing.

If your order has been placed and you suspect your items have been misplaced, a missed delivery or lost, you must take these concerns to the carrier. All shipment will come from the United Postal Service. All Shipments come with a tracking number within two days.

Your Contact information will be inserted when you checkout. Your contact information is noted. You will receive updates via text message or email. Contacting The Infinity Hair Boutique is not necessary.  We take pride in providing you with great quality and don’t want to feel rushed during the process.

Store pick ups

All order placed online have to be shipped. We have to provide tracking information to prove that you receive your items in the event something was to happened.

LATE | DELAYED SHIPMENTS
The Infinity Hair Boutique will not be responsible for late or delayed shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, and/or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, observed holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We ensure that The United Postal Service to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursements.

FAILED DELIVERY | REFUSED SHIPMENTS | INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping information before you submit your order for processing. You must give us the most accurate and complete information possible. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the MAJOR cause of shipment delays. Make sure you have included all of the required information (zip code, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide..

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
